Experience

Linda has been a Miami resident since 1973. In 1987 she started work full time as a realtor. Since that time Linda distinguished herself  by climbing into the top 5% of REALTORS nationwide in production, and was the number one agent for the J Poole Pinecrest office in 1998.  Linda was one of the founding members of Momentum, a group of the top 15 associates in that company. In the spring of 2000 Linda became the Sales Director for the Arvida Realty Services, Kendall office. In April 2002 Arvida joined the Coldwell Banker family. A multi-million dollar producer, Linda has dealt with properties from $16,000 to 8 million dollars.

Linda succeeds for several reasons: the foremost is her professional dedication, ethical standards and style. She is a caring individual who will go the extra mile for her clients. Many of Linda's closest friends once bought or sold a home with her. Linda's customers are repeat clients because they have found in her not only a friend, but also an excellent business partner.

Linda has a thorough knowledge of the South Florida real estate market serving the areas of Miami-Dade and Southwest Broward counties. She is always ready to educate a client on anything from schools to boat docking. Linda has long been known for her ability to walk clients through the entire relocation process, smoothing an otherwise rocky transition. Personal Information

Linda hails from the great state of Virginia and often returns there to visit her family. She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in the Shenandoah Valley and went on to Longwood College, also in Virginia.

She has two daughters, Carolina and Victoria. Carolina is a graphic designer in Miami. Victoria is married and works in the advertising industry in Atlanta, GA.

Her husband, Will, is the president and founder of Visual Data Solutions, a software development firm.  Linda and Will have been happily married since 1989. They are active members of Miami Vineyard Community Church and lead a college and young career ministry with young adults of all denominations.
